Joe is the CFO of Dova. With a strong background in finance, operations, and business building, Joe brings deep expertise in scaling health-focused organizations and high-growth startups. He has nearly two decades of experience across financial management, investment, and healthcare innovation.
Prior to joining Dova, Joe was the CFO of Nexus Health, a Santa Fe-based multi-specialty medical center. Before that, he led the finance team at Pearl Health, a leading a16z-backed startup revolutionizing healthcare delivery in the U.S. He began his career as a hedge fund manager and investor with firms including Orbis Investment Management and PSP Investments, and went on to co-found and build several ventures in both financial and operational leadership roles.
Joe holds a Master of Science from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
