Kelly brings a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic business expertise to Dova. As a Registered Nurse with an MBA, she specializes in architecting clinical workflow platforms that simplify how providers interact with complex health data. She is recognized for translating sophisticated technical capabilities into intuitive, practitioner-centric digital experiences. With over a decade of experience spanning frontline care to health-tech leadership, Kelly understands how to reduce clinician friction and improve clinical outcomes.
Previously, Kelly spearheaded the end-to-end lifecycle for advanced monitoring platforms and led the evolution of digital solutions designed to enhance the provider experience. Her background in managing large-scale operations and cross-functional engineering teams ensures that emerging technologies provide maximum value at the point of care.
Outside of work, Kelly is an avid traveler and a regular at live baseball and tennis matches. She has a deep appreciation for jazz and classical music and is a frequent fixture on the tennis court and the driving range. While an intermediate tennis player, she’ll be the first to admit her professional drive currently outpaces her beginner’s golf swing.
