Murray Flanigan

Murray is the Co-Founder of Dova. With deep expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring, Murray brings decades of global experience across the energy, mining, and technology sectors. His leadership spans both operational and advisory roles, with a focus on complex transactions and strategic growth.

Murray is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He has held CFO roles for a range of public and private companies and served as a key advisor to businesses in North America, West Africa, the Middle East, and offshore South America. As a former Managing Principal of Kepis & Pobe Financial Group, he played a central role in negotiating and closing large-scale oil and gas transactions across international markets.

Earlier in his career, Murray was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and CFO of Qwest Investment Management Corp., where he managed financial reporting and capital raising for a portfolio of more than 15 companies. He also served as Vice President, Corporate Development at Adelphia Communications, leading aspects of its US$18 billion restructuring and sale to Time Warner and Comcast.
