Nikki Woodlief is the VP of Business Development at Dova, with more than 16 years of healthcare commercialization experience spanning AI, clinical research, and medical technology. She has led commercial growth for innovative healthcare companies, from Fortune 500 organizations to Stanford- and Duke-originated startups, partnering with pharma and life sciences organizations, health systems, academic medical centers, and strategic partners to bring AI-driven and data-enabled innovations into real-world adoption.
Nikki holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and brings a unique perspective at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business. She is passionate about advancing healthcare through innovation, collaboration, and transformative technologies that support clinical research, accelerate discovery, and help bring meaningful, data-driven insights into healthcare.
She has traveled to all seven continents, including Antarctica, and enjoys exploring the world with her family and hiking with her dog.
