Solveig Johannessen

Solveig is the CEO of Dova. Renowned for her expertise in strategic design, Solveig drives business development, organizational transformation, and growth. She is known for her ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments while balancing user needs, team dynamics, and business objectives. She has nearly 20 years of experience across industries including health sciences technologies, education, life sciences and aviation.
Previously, Solveig held a leadership role at Deloitte Digital, leading customer strategy for key clients, including government agencies and utilities. As the Founder and CEO of Educe Design & Innovation, she delivered over 40 projects for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has also held leadership roles at Molecular You Co, and key growth and change management initiatives at Roxar Emerson and Heli-One earlier in her career.
Solveig holds an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design from Emily Carr University. In her free time Solveig is an avid cross fitter, traveler, and reader. She spends her free time with her family and taking long forest walks with her dog.
